  1. Hi @Jamie Marshland or anyone could help. Does anyone knows if Gutenberg developer team have any intention of implementing things like text slide animated effects (and so for images, native blocks, etc.) in Gutenberg in the incoming months, years /phases?
I can't understand why we need to install more and more plugins to make our websites look cool instead of making it simple by implementing nice animated effects in Gutenberg, that will revolution all plugins like Elementor, Divi etc.
E.I.: I can see that animated blocks are implemented now for the back end (now you can click and drag blocks making it look cool with a effect) but that about the important thing: the front end?¿ 🤦‍♀
Seriously we'll always need to install plugins to make Gutenberg complete?
Thanks for your help (I'm a bit frustrated with that since i just can't find nothing on internet about that or any person asking about this basic animation/effects to build our websites easily).

  2. Thanks Jamie; sadly still no good responsive design tools in version 14 (yet more than 60% of Internet users use smartphones), perhaps in Gutenberg 21 ? 😉 A very strange and incomprehensible situation, why nobody take care of responsive design in Gutenberg while solutions like Generate Blocks, Kadence, Spectra, Stackable have taken it into account for a long time. The official reason was "we take our time for intrinsic design" but it take too long. We are forced to use third-party solutions and this leads to problems of standardization and complexification of interfaces

  3. I read that review the other day and felt it was a bit overblown. Like you said, everyone is entitled to their opinion. And we know about peoples’ opinions….

One area that continually frustrates me with Gutenberg is the navigation menu editing. Not sure if it is just me, but I find that while I did not think highly of the old navigation menu editor on the dashboard, at least I could generally get that to work. Perhaps it is just the latest update, but I found myself spending a lot of time trying to add a page. I suppose it is easy if you remember the page you want at the moment, but what if you added a bunch of of pages a few days back, and cannot recall the names/titles. Seeing only a few suggestions, and having to search is to filter the pages offered is less than useful in my view. Ah, but that is an opinion 😁. A page list would be most helpful.

Anyhow, thank you for taking the time to do these reviews. Alway something to learn.

  4. Just wondering: "How do you convert ELEMENTOR pages into Gutenberg?" Do you have already a beginners guide video doing that? If not, would you mind to create beginners step-by-step guide for this purpose only, please?" That would be indeed absolutely faboulus … Looking forward hearing from you. Thank you very much for your attention.

  5. Was reading the change log for how much consistency they added or improved across blocks. Feels like real active development with visual changes each update. Great they have plug-in version you can check as ahead of the release as 6.1 (later) will be quite a jump forward if you have just the built in.
