I was surprised to hear "Alan Rickman:" reading my review. Great update!
Hey Jamie, if you havent checked it out yet, the plugin "ghost kit" brings in some useful functions, extending the core gutenberg functionality + adding new blocks. EditorsKit and Editor Plus are also two great expendables for core blocks, if you didnt check them out yet.
But iirc one of the latter two adds so much you could as well add kadence blocks for example and get less bloat on top
