  1. Basically, you stop studying tech because there are more money in being an influencer. I think techLead is not just an alpha in programming but also an alpha in how to make money.

  2. Shockingly clear vision!
9:17, weird enough, those 3 topics work for me. 1) By far, most of videos and channels I see/follow are pointed by the AI from my Youtube channel, which is pretty smart, because I trained it well. 2) Judging by Youtube shorts (I don't use TikTok), it's more addictive than I 1st thought. 3) I'm used to variety of content/midias: shorts, videos, music, games, movies, series, coding, writing, reading, to say the least.

  3. this literally just cannot work for everyone. for example, in order for everyone to have 1.43 million subscribers, the average user must subscribe to 1.43 million channels. not everyone can be a creator or an influencer. it's just not possible.

  4. Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

  5. you can be ugly, no charisma, no social value and be able to make an app, but you can't just stream and instantly make money, or become a personality unless you win the genetic lottery. 90% of streamers, content creators, etc are "starving artists"

  6. This is the same in the companies. The people who put yellow stickers on the wall and present power point presentations without saying anything but nonsense buzzwords are making triple the salary of a person who has created the entire company with his bare hands (software engineers).

  7. My brainiac friend. You are talking about something. That you perceive. I do also. But in my language. We call it, Shtick. You have to have, Shtick.

Shtick, is a Yiddish, Jewish, term. And it has to do with, Marketing. If you have Shtick? You have something to sell the audience. And that's the marketing aspect.

You have to sell yourself. To sell your product. It's not so much about your product. But about you, the genius. Who created the product. And why your life not be complete, without it.

Along with Shtick. You might also need some, Chutzpah. Which is basically pronounced, Hooks Pau. When you spell it, phonetically. And that means. You are a little like the Sham Wow, guy. He has, Chutzpah. Are you following me, camera guy? That's, chutzpah. You're going to like my nuts. That's, chutzpah. That sells the product. But has nothing to do with the, product. That's, chutzpah.

And people are like, TV shows. They will do. What they see on, TV shows. It's a very powerful medium. And it's understanding how to manipulate, that medium. And the viewers, therein.

And so I fully agree. With what you are saying. At this is how one deals with it. With, Shtick and having some, Chutzpah. Your, Shtick, is your, thing. And what you are selling. The Chutzpah. Is, the verbal way and concepts. You sell yourself and the product.

It really just all comes down to, marketing and your sales pitch. And you have to manipulate, the system. Which is your, Demographics, here. With the Tech Oriented, crowd. And creating something everyone just has gotta, have. With your delivery and marketing, techniques.

And so this is where you, Coder, guys, fail. You exist in your own bubble of coding. I don't exist in your bubble. But I know what you're talking about. And this is what you are talking about. This is how you work the system.

I'm a Broadcast and Music Recording Engineer/Producer. Now retired. After doing it for over 50 years. At the highest levels. At the top. The top of the top. I'm the best of the best. And I ain't got no college degree. I just have an over 150 IQ. And I'm third-generation in advertising and marketing. Even though my background is largely Broadcasting and Music Productions. For both, FM Broadcasts. TV Broadcast. And Album and Video, Productions. On Location. For LIVE Shows. And while a college degree is good. It's not a necessity nor a requirement. If you've got the Talent? You have to have the Talent. To be a Coder. To be a Broadcast Engineer. To be a Hit Recording Engineer. You have to have, Talent. But you also have to know how to sell yourself. As that's half the struggle.

And so I really couldn't agree with you more. So I won't. But I could. Because your observations are valid. I feel. I understand, perfectly. Even though I'm not a Coder. I come from the other side of the tracks. But no less, technologically oriented. As I use would guys like you, create for folks like me. And I don't find a single piece of software to be the,, be-all, end-all. For my Production Needs. I use a myriad of different Software's. Some of which at my age now. Is, more difficult to keep up with. If I'm pushing forth to be on the, bleeding edge of, Production Techniques. But that is not always necessary. From a creative standpoint. As I don't necessarily need, the latest, greatest, special effects. For instance. It may be beyond my requirements? As we all have our Focht. Our specialties. Our uniqueness. In a creative production environment.

So I know where you are coming from, my frustrated, friend. And I do think. That we have largely hit, Saturation. Where something else new. Doesn't necessarily create something else new. As I think we have topped out a bit. On what our current Silicon can do. We have hit something of a, theoretical limit. To maintain it within our financial realms. We are not the government. We are not the military. We are not major corporate conglomerates. We are GIG Meisters. Every GIG, different. Every GIG, the same.

And so we are now all prospecting. To find out how all of this New World Internet stuff, pans out? As things have gotten a bit different since, 1995. And the old paradigm isn't necessarily relevant anymore. It's changed. It's morphed. It has gotten, skewed.

And in many ways. That which you and I don't necessarily find, all that healthy and conducive to our, careers and financial, survival. Everything has gotten all wacky khaki. And nothing makes much sense anymore.

And so I am not entirely certain? That the USA. Isn't experiencing some kind of nefarious, Bio Irritant? That is causing this,, strangely skewed, shift? As you are describing. A lot of what I have been observing, the same but differently. And I have come to these other conclusions. With my highly skilled and well seasoned, Technical Troubleshooting Background. Of over 50 years. Of being a, Ace Engineer. As I know what my background is. And this doesn't happen to everybody. As some of us have Shtick and are a little more, unique. In what we are and what we do.

And so a lot of this is difficult to put into these, abstract statements. But you and I are not the only ones. As others have also discovered things are definitely, askew. And I believe there could be an outside source. Causing these, abstractions to have increased, exponentially. That really don't make much sense. It appears to be a Lemming, condition, syndrome? And yes. Celebrity, hero worshiping. In a very Triable, manner. A terribly, regressive, manner. Something ain't right here. And we have both observed that. So, it's real. It exists. In its current, whack a doodle form. As none makes much sense. Nobody is making any, sense,, anymore.

Something has gone terribly awry I feel. And every day more and more Americans are noticing, same. Everything is beyond, Off Kilter. Nothing is Normal, any more. Everyone is going off the rails. Everyone is going to, extremes. Everyone wants to go back in time 50+ years. No, no and no. We can't do that. To do that. Would mean certain death to our Democracy. And that's something to fight and die for. When, required.

We saw near civil war break out in Russia. Yesterday. Vlad and Company have also gone, off the rails, insane. Attacking Nazis in Ukraine. Where Ukraine is basically a bunch of, peaceloving old Jews. Where's the Nazis? Right! There are none, in Ukraine! Vladimir Puking is nuts! And how long has he been Dictator? They voted for him? I don't think so. They like Mikael Gorbachev. So did I. They walked him right into my control room at NBC-TV News in Washington, DC. And introduced me to him. Which I thought pretty cool. And he did a great thing for Russia. He brought the stupid communist blah blah. To an end. Later. Vladimir Puking elected himself. And once, the USSR, Back! So he can reign terror. Around the world! Because Donnie is so superior to every other human being on this planet! He's a Stable Genius! He knows how to take care of horses! He is a Stable Genius! As none of his horses have dropped dead, yet.

And the Jews of Austin, Texas are not, Jews. They are Republicunt's. And they've bought into the dark side.

  8. The IT field is massively oversaturated with all sorts of coders, developers, and engineers. This is why the companies can be so picky when selecting people for those coding positions; they have at their disposal an endless pool of applicants.

  9. Im only half way through the video, but i just wanted to chime in before I need to edit it anyway – that the comparison of building a mobile app to doing streaming for ad revenue is crazy. The streaming world is just as saturated as mobile gaming markets, and is extremely difficult to stand out in to even be found. No contest – mobile app is easier.
