Web Design: How to Get Started in 2019 (+ Resources)

i am still a student and really interested in web design. but i am a bit confused about whether it is necessary to master coding;html.CSS javascript…are they necessary.

Is drawing skills required in web designing, look I'm very confused 😕 please someone clear me… Because I'm bad at it 😣
