  1. Hi, Greg, I really enjoyed this video. If you were to make a similar one for the Twenty Twenty-One theme, I would definitely like to watch it! Happy New Year!

  2. Thank you so much Greg. With this video I learned how to build and launch my first website. Being new to this, I was constantly pausing the video, taking notes, experimenting, etc. In the end I launched it and have an understanding of how to edit the site going forward. Yes, I subscribed!

    I see that my site lines up correctly on a desktop but not so well on an iPhone. Any tips on how to make what is seen on my phone line up with what is seen on my desktop? Thanks!

  3. Hi Greg. Great and comprehensive intro to 2020 theme. I really wanted to get rid of that ugly header title and used your Additional CSS coding tip to eliminate it. The I applied it only to the Home Page – as you showed us. Success ! But now the titles to all my Blog p[ages have disappeared – gone – vanished. Did that happen to you? How do I exclude them from the disappearing trick?

  4. I'm late to the party on this video. I'm working on a new website that requires me to bone up on word press and all it's new glory! Great video – thoroughly enjoyed this and very informative. New sub. p.s who downvotes this stuff????

  5. Greg, I am following your tutorial on the 2020 wp theme and have customized the CSS code as you instructed and it deleted all page headings rather than just the homepage. I tried to insert the page id as you instructed but when I enter .page-id-10 to isolate the homepage only, the title returns to that page but all others are missing. If I use .page-ID-10 nothing happens at all. Any help is appreciated

  6. The top image and text created in Elementor looks terrible on a mobile device. Is there a way to fix this?
    *Great video tutorial by the way 🙂

  7. Hi Greg, This video was fantastic for me. However I do have one question about the CSS code. When I use my Page ID with the code it removes the header title from all my pages and posts. I guess I'm doing something wrong. The code I'm using is:
    .page-id-176 h1.entry-title, h2.entry-title {
    display: none;
    }
    Have you any suggestions? It would be much appreciated.

  8. with using page builders like elementor any one can do anything with drag and drops. i thought you will change and add some code in files eg:- single,page,content, functions.php etc. what if u have deactivated the elementor plugin , u will left with shitty code and blocks.

  9. Hi Greg, thanks a lot for the tutorial, its awesome and tremendous help. I am learning how to build a website and this is my second tutorial. I loved the first one, but after completing your tutorial, I am not going to see the third one or the first one again. I will now go back and follow your steps running parallel and create my own website. Look forward to update you how I progress within couple of weekends. God bless you.

  10. Fantastic, literally took me from start to finish. The only thing I am struggling with is creating my own copyright in the footer of the site. Whenever I try to update my theme editor, I get the below error message.

    "Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP."

    Any advice is appreciated 🙂
