You have forgotten the essential theme. In my opinion, it's the best theme currently for it's clean and sleek design. Also, the customization option is top-notch. I haven't written a single line of code. Also the animation it offers its wow. I have used this in my client project recently, and it turned out so well.

I am starting a blog to bring information about home decor, moving, and hosting, and innovative new products in the design industry to my audience. I plan to do affiliate marketing of faux plants and other home accessories and feel I can get what I need initially through Amazon and Way Fair. I have been told I should look at 'magazine' style themes and Avada was suggested. I thought I was fairly savy about things but all the plugs ins, link cloaking, etc. have thrown me for a loop. Any suggestions?

Hi Allison! This is my first time seeing your videos and you have done a great job. Very clear and concise information and I appreciate that greatly. I am just now starting a blog. I have been a Youtuber for 2 years + and have always written my scripts out word for word. I have over 200 of them and I think that is a great start so I don't have to concentrate so much on my content in the beginning. I already have it for the most part. I am going to look for a service or construction theme for my blog but if I don't find one I will keep your favorites in mind. Thanks for the great information.

Hello, Allison. Thank you for your recommendations. Those were great, however, I am still struggling trying to choose the correct theme for our blog. We have a lot of content (articles about horses). We need a theme where we can upload by categories (8 to be precise), eventually we are selling products as well. So we need a theme with links/access to affiliates (ie. Amazon). I hope you can help me. Thank you

I have purchased my hosting/domain/and the divi theme, and I am almost over it all lol. I recently reached out to a web developer so I can just get on with the process. I just want to create.. I am super stuck now. The language they are using is not helpful… but again maybe I am not explaining what I need correctly. In the meantime while I try to explain the fees are going up with each response. Please help I am thinking your course may be my first step b/c this getting started biz it driving me nuts. 😂 please respond.

What do you think about Medium as a blogging platform for beginners?

Love your videos. I was a hobby blogger for many years and really enjoyed it, although after a while I lost motivation as I wasn't getting many views. Now I'm looking to retire from my job early and would like create a blogging business (to quote you). I was curious what your thoughts were about if it's a good idea to "revamp" an existing blog that wasn't super successful or create a new blog to make it a business. Thanks. Cindy, Long Island, NY.
