I'm currently busy with the responsive web design certification course on free code camp and it's actually really great at explaining concepts. I've learned so much more from this course than any other paid Udemy course and YouTube tutorials I've watched . The fact that the course is interactive has helped me understand everything I'm doing. I have ADHD, but focusing hasn't been an issue for me because of the way that the course is designed

hey, can you please help me with this personal portfolio webpage thing, i'm kinda facing issue with the user story 4 (The projects section should contain at least one element with a class of project-tile to hold a project). still after having an element with .project-tile im unable to pass this.

They have a major update for the course. It seems promising

As an employer, these types of certificates do carry some weight. They show you at least understand the basics, but more importantly for things like the FCC 300 hour courses, they show you are dedicated and finish things. Certainly a job history carries more weight, but a ' real ' certificate that requires time and work is important also. And in days where many self-taught people are stuffing their portfolios with borrowed code, the FCC certificates are more likely to get you an interview over someone who has dozens of generic projects in their github or portfolio page. In the end certificates vs portfolios are just going to get you an interview, not a job. So in the end, you need three things, certicates and portfolios to get an interview, and knowledge and interview prep to get the job from there.

Nothing against you, but you are just not fun to watch.

How to claim it I mean to make it hard copy

So many lazy people asking questions that you would know with 30 seconds of effort.

If you want to know if you can get the certificate without finishing the course, you should pick another profession.

So many questions about content he clearly explained in the video… How do you people think you can be a dev if you can't watch a 12 mins video and comprehend stuff explained as if you are a 5 year old? 😬
