Hey Parker, while generating leads for web design or UX / UI Design. what criteria do you follow to get qualified leads and save them in CRM to outreach them? we cannot outreach every company by making cold email or call. How will you find out those clients who needs our service? Tell me about the criteria while prospecting clients.

Thank you so much for this video! The new era web design agency is the perfect mid-point between the freelancer and the big agencies. I have always wanted to position myself in this way, because I have a day job that I'm not ready to leave yet, and I just started to do web design on the side. Having a team to help with the work is the smart choice for designers like me who have other interests.
The downside is that your profit margin per project will reduce (you have to pay your team), but it frees up your time to take on other projects or do other things.
It's still a lot of hard work, though.
