If you made the cake yourself I probably would have done the spraying before the like, icing deco on the top just so because it might make things a bit cleaner
As a cake decorator this hurt to see she ruined a whole cloth just to achieve that. It’s a store bought cake why not ask the cake decorator to just add the design you wanted. Like it’s not that hard to achieve this same thing without ruining a whole ass table runner. What a waste that food coloring isn’t coming out of it for sure.
