HELP PLEASE – Hi, i have a website through Canva. I have spent cash on Google ad's and it would appear i have had a fair response to this. I understand Google analytics does not support Canva activity so i checked the "Insights tab". From there i can see there has been activity. Over the past 30 days, 107 views/visits with 41 clicks on the mobile hyperlink which should be making a call to me (the business) However, i have checked the hyperlink and the number which are both correct but have had no calls at all. I contacted Canva and they said the followng… "The data provided by Canva Insights is based on user interaction with the link, and while the clicks are recorded, the actual call may not necessarily occur. User behavior, preferences, and actions vary, and some visitors might click on the link out of curiosity without following through with the call" I can understand there may be the odd person who may click the mobile link in error or even intentionally then cut off but i cannot believe 41 people would click the link and "not 1" person connected the call. I am now reluctant to spend any more money on Googe ads until this has been resolved. I would appreciate any feedback/help you could give please.. keen to push the business on now and dont want to leave Canva if i can help it. Kind regards

So hype for an update where canva does support multiple pages in one design! It is the best app for all my creative projects with school, work, and designs.
Where did the website layouts go? I'm a pro user and I only see "Templates" and "Styles" available in the Design menu.

I find it so amazing because I was planning to hire someone to do a website for me. This is so cool and gives a wide perspective on how a website can be created. I love you Canva. I am so happy.
I made a comment on the older video before finding this one, but I was hoping to build an ecommerce store with a blog and realized it wasn't going to work out that way. I'd have to connect this as a landing page of sorts to another platform. Are there plans to integrate these capabilities into the Canva website builder?
I'm not going to lie, using Canva to create website is pretty great but they have a long way to go as far as optimizing for mobile. I have followed all of their tips for getting things to line up correctly and often times they still don't look right. I'm hoping they will eventually have a way to edit for mobile as well as for desktop like Wix, Shopify, WordPress ETC.. I mean, I clicked your QR code to check out the website you made and your menu tab isn't aligned and looks really doesn't look that great on mobile. There is so much that is off centered. Perhaps that was because you created it quickly for the purpose of this video but using it myself I've also had this experience without a way to fix it. You would have been better off using the Hamburger menu for the tabs. Again, I love it but I can't wait for "Mobile Beta Mode" to be finalized. It really is important if you want to build a really nice looking website especially considering most people use their phones to search the web these days. Either way, don't take it the wrong way Canva, I love you!
