Serious MMA Players find this rule weak. That move is a simple Mat Return. But for ONE FC, its basically illegal. One FC, maybe just want to protect the fighter by taking away some real MMA action.

As much as I wanted Pacio to win, Brooks should not have been disqualified and lost the belt. Even if it was an illegal throw, didn't it look unintentional? It looked like a body slam, but Pacio's head was just tilted the wrong way. If that was the case, wouldn't it be better to call the fight a no contest?
