  1. 16:06 Love these interesting side project ideas! It's less intimidating than working on a fully-fledged website on the first try. Wish you could create a video of bite-sized project ideas and challenges you would recommend for beginners to attempt.

  2. Hello everyone , to free alternative of fonts we have:
    Garamond – EB Garamond
    Bodoni – Bodoni Moda
    Century Expanded – Domine
    Futura – Nunito
    Times roman – Tinos

    Have a nice day 🙂

  3. I came up to this channel to learn a particular thing. But UNUSUALLY he's here telling so much more and pratical, and so simply. Thankyou soo much for sharing your 'over the years' knowledge with us.

  4. Can I use Google fonts for free even in comercial projects for clients like html-5-banner for example? I won't get in any legal trouble with licensing? Sounds almost to good to be true..

  5. I have a question, I've just started my journy on web design, and I've just started an HTML and CSS course, so my question is: are these 2 separate ways of web development (Adobe and HTML)? Or does Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Xd necessarily require HTML and css at some point?
I apologize for my ignorance, and thank you for this course, I really like it a lot!!

  6. Good evening to you sir. I just cane across your training materials today and I learnt a great deal from the ones I have watched.

Pls I want you to do a video training that teaches how to make DX design functional in WordPress or webflow. Thank you very much and God bless. Yinka Ayodele from Nigeria

  7. I don't know where you got the story on the serif's but… Sorry, it's not true. Or at best it's an urban legend. Even Gutenberg was able to make beautiful and (for its time) intricate typefaces now known as textualis (a form of blackletter). More spesifically, the serif is there because calligraphers liked to decorate their letters with them, and then these decorations were copied by the typemakers and printers.

  8. I'm fascinated by typography. I'm an active dip pen user, and I do some calligraphy. But I just can't wrap my head around typography. It's such a hard field to really master. I mean you can put in all the right things and measures into your design, and it still looks like shit.

  9. i'm excited for the exercise! is there somewhere online that people who are doing this course are showing their work? I'm learning for my freelancing career but I'd love to post my work to get feedback 🙂
