  1. This has to be the worst theme I've ever purchased; it's virtually uneditable. The documentation is simply insufficient to do anything and the support is baffling. Why on earth would anyone sell something that can't be customized?

  2. Hi Darrel,
Its Ankush from Punjab. Is it Adsense friendly? How about the website performance? And lastly, do I need purchase elementor pro, isn’t the theme’s builder sufficient to make all the edits either on frontend or at wordpress backend?.

    Thanks,
    Waiting for your revert.

  3. The biggest problem with this theme is that you can only add 3 inline ads per post, and that too, at fixed paragraphs. E.g. Paragraph 2, 5, 8. If I have an article that's got 25 paragraphs, only three ads will show near the top, and no ads near the middle and bottom. I can change the ad placement to 5, 10, 15 if I wanted, but then on shorter articles it might not display the third ad if I don't have 15 paragraphs. The best option for JNews would be to have a setting where you can display ads every x paragraphs. I don't understand why that's not an option – so many people have asked for it in the support forums over a year ago and they haven't built it out. @Darrel WIlson, hopefully you can convince them to fix this issue. It's honestly the biggest problem with this theme.

  4. I am slightly disappointed to see that you have mentioned nothing about tons of negative ratings received from people who bought it. As a reviewer, you should have unleashed all the pros and cons of this theme. I came to know about those issues only when I visited the theme page.

  5. Hi Darrel, which theme would you recommend, Kadence or JNews for a blog business with affiliate marketing as the main source of income considering website load speed and other key features?

  6. Wow, thanks Darrel! I actually had to read what themes even ARE before coming here. Told ya in other post – TOTAL NEWBIE here!! But I'm DETERMINED to learn this myself & have control over my blog/website. I learned so much in these 8 minutes!!! As I'm on a super-budget AND new to it all, seems I should start with a free theme, will research Bloksy/Astra – I'm not ready to make anything complicated because I only learned what a theme and plug-in actually ARE. LOL

  7. Darrel, I have the Colormag theme free version. Installing Jnews will mess up the website (adsense, posts, image placement, forms, plugins setup, etc.)? If things go wrong, can I simply reactivate Colormag without issues? Thanks.

  8. 01. [JNews Paywall] About the function

I do not wish to sell to consumers on a regular subscription (monthly, yearly) basis.
I want to make certain contents available to consumers only for each case after payment.
In other words, if consumers want to view content A, they can pay a price and finally view content A. To see another B content, consumers can pay for it again and watch it

    If it's possible, it's a function
    – Can the price be measured for each content?
    – Can the number of days available for viewing be specified (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, etc.)

02, [JNews Paywall] About the demo

If I want the "JNews Paywall" function when I buy the JNews theme, can I choose only two demo (Newsplus, Bloomnews) themes? Is "JNews Paywall" feature not supported if I choose a different theme?News Paywall"
(If so) Am I not allowed to use other themed functions?

    03. Questions about purchasing JNews theme

    – Can I automatically use the add-ons that I already purchased for future updates?

    04. I personally like the JBlog theme, can I use the JBlog theme when purchasing [JNews] theme?
Or can I set the main layout like the JBlog theme?

Can I also use the [Paywall] function when using JBlog?

    05. [Jeg paywall paypal] Can I use it in other companies' themes when purchasing the plug-in?
Or are there any companies that are not compatible?

  9. I feel this video would provide even more value if you pin-pointed which sub-themes are most suitable to blogging specifically. I'm left here scratching my head wondering how this can be used out-of-the-box with the plethora of news themes. Many of their blog themes are older, so it isn't clear if they've been updated along with the newer sub-theme styles.

  10. Thanks so much for all your awesome work! I was wondering, could I lets say go with the stylish JNews "coffe blog" theme and add extra features to it like video, podcast content and a paywall, so all in one blog / magazine? Or would I have to build separate blogs, one video blog, one paywall magazine, one podcast, etc.? I would like to use all this in one single blog under different categories. Would this be possible, do you think? Greetings to Bangkok from Germany!!
