  1. I just bought my Cricut. I'm not really interested in the images they provide right now. I have my own images. But they don't seem to cut. I'm trying to figure out why it only cuts out a box.

  2. hi, i need someone to show how to make a sign from start to finish. i don't know how to move the words around to make a sentence then add more lines and then put onto wood as a whole saying/sign. all the help videos show you things like buttons and stuff but not how to actually make sentences and make them out of vinyl. ty

  3. I am having a problem that I'm sure is user error or just lack of understanding! I have a sign to make (4' by 2') — it will have several words of different lengths on it but I need them to all be the same font & size, etc…. I cannot for the life of me make them all the same! They at least have to be close to the same so the sign looks right! HELP?

  4. Ms Jennifer I bought a Acer 317 Laptop and a external hard drive JUST FOR CRICUT, when i reserched the site it said this computer was compatable now I cant get cricut to do anything. Help Please

  5. My Cricut was a gift from my company's Christmas party and I have been afraid of it since I received it. You and another subscription have helped so much. I appreciate what you do and the education you provide. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  6. Thank you for your videos and library. I just opened my maker 3 a few days ago. I was able to get up to the test cut, but then was pretty much stumped on the design space Alll I could find were paid patterns Even after I finally found a few free shapes and fonts I just didn’t know where to start for a project. I completed your project, and am now ready to buy paper and make some of your heart manuals. Thank you so very much. You have inspired me.

  7. Wow, you are absolutely awesome. Thank you for explaining in such detail. I had the cricut machine when it still had cartridges but switched to a different cutting machine and now I switched back to cricut. Hopefully I can manage, fingers crossed!

  8. Hi Jennifer, I uploaded a pic of snoopy and was trying to draw it with the pens then cut it out. The picture had 2 lines instead of 1 outline and I don't know how to get rid of that second line. I am totally new, have just been watching your videos and you explain things well so I thought you may know what the solution is. I don't know if maybe it's a thick outline on the original so it's drawing 2 lines? Not sure the right question, or the right way to ask it, so have gotten no help when searching.

  9. Hi Jennifer, I just want to thank you for this very informative video. I have bought my Cricut Maker 3 a few months ago but have only opened it for the first time while watching you and following you unbox your Cricut Maker 3. My main purpose of purchasing a Cricut Maker 3 is to start a small business, what exactly, I don't know, but all I know is that there is something that I can create with this machine that will help me earn a little bit of money on the side. I am truly contemplating in enrolling in your Cricut College courses because I know that it will be a tremendous help in gearing me up for what I'd like to do in the future. Once again, thank you for everything that you do you are truly awesome!

  10. I have been trying to figure out why I don't have icons (lock, rotate, delete, enlarge) when I click on my image, my firmware is up to date. I am not sure if there is a setting that I have to click. Advice?

  11. Jennifer, hello! As a former science teacher, I must tell you, you do an excellent job on the presentation of your lessons. I have been watching the lesson sections on SVGs. I was wondering if I missed the explanation of Flatten as I have notes on all the information and watched the video twice. Did I miss the Flatten portion or is it on a different lesson? Thank you for all your FABULOUS INFORMATION. I Have a Cricut from about 15 years ago and took it out of the box for the second time and decided I wanted an upgrade. I bought the Cricut Explorer Air 2 a week ago and made all the party favors for my soon to be great grand-daughter's baby shower. Now I am in the process of making my Christmas cards. I am really excited about these process'.
