Hi Elliotte, thanks for the great content. I'm learning web design without joining any bootcamp, just self learn from different youtube channel. It seems to me Portfolio is the pre-requisite to get new client and nearly all web design agency and freelancer have portfolio to showcase on their website. My question is, as a newbie without any prior web design knowledge, what would be the way to get the very first client without a portfolio of previous work done to show the potential clients? Do I show websites that I built in practicing but those are built with free hosting, doesn't look professional huh?
