lol the first hire has to be a sale person , as someone who has a problem to communicate but a web designer, why wouldnt i focus byuilding the websites and someone gets me the deals

So i'm transiting from a solo website designer to running an agency , get an office space and the branding that comes with it . I need some sort of validation for this move , i'm kinda nervous cos it seems like a big step .

Is an Agency the right step ? Or AI will eventually take over webdesign ?
Am i coming to the party late or is this still a good time ?

Like every pizza business, many started selling just pizza but later started selling other things like wings, sides, desserts, drinks, and extras. They diversified the business. That's the issue I see with having a "Web Design" agency. The issue with this business model is that the only thing you do is build websites. You don't make money making banners or updating content, you make money building websites, only one service. You diversify offering other things related to Web Design, like custom web development, SEO, content writing, social media management, branding, consulting, e-commerce, etc. Let's take SEO as an example, SEO is something that you start seeing results after 3 months. An SEO service requires signing a contract for a year, where the client would pay from $500 to $1300 every month. 500×12=6000 from only one client. You can survive with an ugly website but can't without SEO, Ads, or Social Media. You can do the web design in-house and outsource oversees everything else. I was stuck in that loop for a while! 😉

I bet you there's a video out there of a guy telling you how to start a pizzeria business, but when he was young he loved developing websites so much that they built their own web server from the shed in their backgarden 😂😂😂

Tbh i just want to do website design freelance just to earn a little side money is that possible then using the seed money to do other things i want to do
