I'm struggling to get clients I'm new and don't have a portfolio. I do have a 2 to 3 webpage to show what I'm capable off. I reached out to family and Friends no one was in need of one or knows anyone in need. I tried emailing business near by but never received any response. Any tips plz I'd really appreciate it thanks.

oh man, that website example i would have charged well over $15k… that was a lot of pages, products, and custom functionality.
Does location matters if you want to become a freelance web designer? I live in India and is it hard for me to get international clients?
