Follow the simple steps to delete demo content in WordPress:
Step # 1: Login to WordPress & Install Plugin
Login to the WordPress website dashboard, click Plugins, and click Add New, Install and activate Plugin WP Reset.
Step # 2: Remove Demo Content From WordPress Theme
Now Click tools and click Wp Reset, Navigate to Site Reset Section, type Reset and click on Reset Site, click Reset WordPress, and you are done.
