Everything was fine until I needed to put in the Footer. My dashboard menu is not the same as yours. So when I looked for the theme panel, my library….I only have Ocean theme library..

I have a question about functionality that appears to be missing in Elementor for me, I wondered if you would be happy to give any insight? I have tried hard to find an answer but have not had any luck so far, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am at the create homepage section of your video; when I click on text I can edit it in the panel, although, I cannot edit or delete buttons or spaces among other things- the left hand elementor panel will just appear blank (I have attached a screen shot underneath) and I also cannot drag and drop anything from the panel into my page.
