  1. People without a website are not prime targets from my experience. Yeah maybe an easy sell but there’s no way you are going to sell them on a high ticket website 10k plus. Really not much shot if selling them anything over even $2000. So I guess it depends on the price of your websites that you build. But if you are trying to make real money in this industry you really need to sell websites for AT LEAST $5,000 really shoot for 10k minimum.

  2. Good info, thank you for the tips. Looks like Dr. Platt still has his old outdated website. I've tried pitching businesses with websites like this in the past. I get the sense that they are just going on patient referrals and reputation. Maybe they have an office staff member promoting the business through social media. Other than that they don't see the value or feel what their doing is "good enough". To each their own, that's their journey.

  3. Thanks a lot for the video, this is cool and a nice way to get leads, I've done it in the past, and i think it could lead to clients, i will give it another try to this method. all the best

  4. Nice video. But good luck reaching most dentists and getting past the receptionist. How do you get past the gate keeper? Dentists receive a lot of spam emails and calls.

  5. Great video!! My question is, once you are there, how do you know how much you'll charge your clients?? I know it may be variable, whether if they need a basic static website, or another one with an eCommerce Store for example.. Do you look into the competence prices?? Or charge by hour?? How do you know who the competence is if they can hire anyone from the web?? I struggle a lot with that. Thank you in advance!!

  6. Good method, BUT most of the websites that look like they're from the early 2000's have very few visitors each month (according to SEO tools at least). I feel it's a little dicey to sell a new website with the expectation of getting a lot more leads when they're getting no / very few visitors organically. Do you recommend they get an SEO plan or do you do PPC for them as well? Or do you just talk about the low traffic they are getting openly? Or should I just not trust the SEO tools at all and assume they are getting enough visitors to the point where a new website is worth it?
