The key to having your websites stand out is looking for web design inspiration outside of the web design space. Watch the video to see what I mean.

I believe that the best way of of creating something truly unique is drawing inspiration in places that are completely unrelated to the world of web design.

If the only way you are drawing inspiration is by looking at your competitors or looking at other websites then not only do you risk creating something generic but you also run the risk of ripping off someone’s work accidentally.

Which is why, today, I’m showing you how to think outside the box (for lack of a better expression) and seek out web design inspiration that will entirely differentiate the work that you produce.

Do you have any unique ways of drawing awesome inspiration for your web design in 2020? Let me know in the comments.

  1. hey Ransegall make a intro a little softer it hearts my ears in every video | This is not a hate comment but a advice, because while wearing headphone it is like my years will blast

  2. I really appreciate you uploading this course for free, but I would've loved to see some more practical stuff. Maybe a few examples for future videos:

    – How do you make sure as a designer that something you design is possible with code
    – What JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are worth learning (and maybe some crash courses)
    – Actually designing some animations/illustrations from scratch to code
    – How to design specifically for WordPress themes
    – Designing animations while keeping site performance in mind

  3. Hey @Flux, so lets say the website you're working on is marketing, I would do a ton of reading on that so I can brainstorm ideas on what I can put on the website, instead of taking ideas?

  4. I know that these videos are the basics and I am not becoming the best webdesign-developer in history just from these videos, but the fact that you do these for free is amazing! Thank you so much for this course. I've been taking notes when watching every single video. Thank you again!

  5. PROTIP:Want inspiration without feeling like it's confirmation? Simple…spend 3 days living like a completely different person. Eat different, act different, be different. Forget whoever it is you think you currently are. At the end of those 3 days, notice how the inspiration and ideas you have, are completely different from anything you have ever came up with. @MOTIVATEZEN
