  1. If I have a maintenace fee for my websites, how would you include that in the contract? Would that be part of additional expenses?

Awesome videos man, keep up the good work. πŸ™‚

  2. I understand that ideally no work should be done before a contract is signed but there's quite a bit of work involved in planning a website before a price can be given and accepted. For a custom website, I need to meet the client (or chat via Zoom), agree the pages and the content before I can give a quote. If the content isn't available, the design will be subject to change as the client may add more images, text which influences the layout and the sections and even pages required. This is quite a lot of effort just to quote for a site. Just wondering what other people do about this.

  3. I'm a bit scared though…. So, I was looking for some illustrations on the internet and then found some high quality one's. I made a screenshot and converted them into png and now I'm using them as a part of my website. Am I going to get sued for that? But, I mean how would they know that I'm using their illustrations, they barely know that I exist.

  4. My fiance keeps warning me about not getting anywhere near logo design in any meaningful way specifically because of how everyone sues everyone else. To be honest the whole freelance thing is pretty sketchy when you dont know how to legally cover your ass.
