Page duplication saves time and gives you peace of mind, by letting you make a copy of your original page designs. But there’s no need to install an extra plugin. With Elementor Hosting, you’ll find the Page Duplication tool right inside the WordPress Dashboard.

  1. Hey there! Thanks so much for watching our video and sharing your thoughts. After reading through the comments, we totally understand where you're coming from and would like to clarify something about the duplicate page setting.
This functionality was added to our hosting platform because that's where we have the ability to manage the WP Dashboard. This allows us to integrate the feature more efficiently, ensuring a more seamless user experience.
Adding native page duplication to the Elementor Pro plugin is a bit more complicated due to the way it interacts with different environments. We're committed to offering the best possible experience for all our users, whether they use our hosting platform or not, and we're actively exploring ways to make this feature accessible to everyone in the future.
Your feedback is essential to us, and we always aim to be transparent with our community. If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Thanks for being part of the Elementor family! 😊

  2. If you do not use Elementor hosting then open a page Edit with Elementor and then click the up arrow to the right of the update button, then save as template. This template can easily be loaded into a new page or existing page. 😊

  3. Can we please have this option for the Elementor plugin too. This is ridiculous! You should focus on improving the plugin worlkflow too in parallel with the Elementor Hosting. There's a reason why we don't use Webflow.

  4. I tell you – go this way with new features and it’s gonna end up bad for you. Trying to force people to use your hosting is you trying to change into some kind of web flow finally. As soon as you start doing it, most of us will start looking for other options.

  5. I know it has nothing to do with the theme, but I've had this recurring problem for a long time and they haven't changed the search results section at all, you can't modify the information displayed there, how could the widget be improved? or do it with a loop, I would love to do it with a loop and thus show the data that I want and make the view more consistent with the final design of the web.

  6. I don't know why this should be an "exclusive" Elementor hosting feature. Such feature not only helps website speed and server resource usage but this also reduces the risk of incompatible plugin that could potentially break the website.

    Here's a better Idea:
    1. Add a "branching" feature where users can see and compare the changes from the original and the duplicate or copy.
    2. Add A/B Testing right inside the builder.
    3. Add feature where users can use any existing page as source template without saving it as a template inside the library. (A few extra steps but better than an extra plugin that serves only one purpose and just takes server resources.

If you really want to optimize Elementor for speed, Elementor should also consider how users and designers work on the backend instead of just the frontend and how that might reflect on the website.

    Just a thought to ponder.
