  1. I absolutely love your videos!! It was challenging but I stayed smiling every time I finally understood something and pushed through to absorb every bit of information, now I am confident in my web dev journey. This is not an easy language to learn, but you've made it so much more understandable. After three weeks of going through with this course I am amazed at how much I've learned! I feel proud of myself for putting in the work and creating something I never thought I would or could. Thank you so much for your free lessons, now off to JavaScript!

  2. I think you are the most precise, dedicated, professional teacher concerning programming, in the whole youtube.I struggled to learn css html and js/react through Coursera (not a bad course though), but you are on a different level. Simply, fantastic teacher (and great human being, I guess). thank you so much mr. Dave Gray.

  3. Love your content sir. I highly appreciate the content you put out. On 2:34:34 you have mentioned body margin as 0.5rem but at the CSS reset we have set margin as 0. So, assuming that the margin of root element has been set to 0, how will 0.5 rem adjust the margin of body?

  4. great course, I am on 17 of the 25 lessons. moving along at my own pace when I get time and even do a little side project ( CSS/JS/HTML calculator in few hours) granted chatGPT will write one that is functional not as pretty in 12 seconds, but you learn nothing then.

i decided to take this course after taking your Python one

  5. Thank you for such detailed and extensive css tutorial, as i was watching the tutorial i realized there are a lot of stuff about CSS i miss out, a lot of those thoughts were like "why didn't i think of that.. wow.. cool.. " and i was like literally figuring and understanding things.. smiling throughout the entire video 🙂 I'm having difficulty understanding the CSS.. it is such a challenge (for me, colors/design and art stuff its really subjective, i'm into result oriented.. even the html only page would suffice for me haha 🙂 ..now its reoriented towards CSS ). Love and respect 🙂

  6. I have really appreciated your courses, your explanation is os vivid, thanks to you, I have mastered a lot of thing about css and html. I have some challenges about grid-template-areas and function clamp.

  7. ok the taco for the logo is now on every html page that I launch into the browser and its on old html pages as well in VSC. None of them have a favicon, and yet I have the taco as one in my browser window. Idk what happened I have deleted the little taco shop, even went into all my images to make sure it was gone. Then I deleted the entire folder that contained all the files I created from freecodecamp. It is still there. Is there anyone who I can talk to about getting rid of the Taco favicon…. Please help me …. BTW I appreciate everything you have taught me. Stay awesome !!!

  8. Even though i follow along with Dave in all lessons, I am not able to get over the CSS Background images part. I completed the CSS froogy and the GridBox challenges but these things appear a little unclear now. I will have to revisit these videos before attempting the Responsive Card design. I'd like to do it by referring my CSS exercise files. Wish me luck please
