  1. Thanks for this. When I click on the variation button, it doesnt give me the option to tweak the prompt (add a different aspect ratio). It just starts generating the image. Can you please tell me how I get the prompt dialogue box to pop up first? Thanks Andy

  2. New to Midjourney and don't know what I'm doing wrong. I wanted an image for my chatBOT page on my website but couldn't get anything close. I gave up and tried to get yours using "cute AI robot" but couldn't even get yours. I'm getting everything except robots.

  3. When doing the variation/remix of an original one it created, does that count as a "prompt"? Just wondering how quickly I will go thru the paid £9/month subscription lol

  4. Where does the design work used in the training data used by MidJourney come from? Where does it originate?

    Is it from Behance? dribbble?

Other platforms where UX designers, logo and other designers post their work?

  5. Enjoyed the video Paul, I'm tempted to check this out and see how some of the results can be incorporated into new projects & project rebuilds. I worry that with all of the buzz lately regarding MJ (& CGPT to a lesser extent) that this will result in a new trend for all of 6 months. Thank you for the video. I will proceed cautiously where this may really give a beneficial impact and not just because it is the new toy. Thanks again, great discussion how this can help in certain circumstances.

  6. There are talks of 'watermarks' being placed into ChatGPT generated text, and apparently Google will be provided with these 'watermarks', ultimately resulting on a knock down in rank. Could the same happen with graphics / art?

  7. How long do you guys think until everything is done by AI? What jobs do you think will be in most demand by then? health? food? Once AI starts making its own AI it's over.

  8. On another subject: There is a fair amount of concern about the AI scraping other people's work…. or using a signature style. Not sure how to feel about that yet. After all, there has always been a certain amount of "inspiration" derived from the work of others. It's standard practice in art school (says my wife who attended a pro school in the Bay Area). My son is senior art director of a VR company and he is really concerned about this issue. He's keeping his use of AI to uploading their existing images and massaging those. Interesting dilemma.

  9. Thanks for that "procedure", Paul. I'm spending a lot of time these days exploring MidJourney… and others. Much time is just spent looking for a working method. Getting good results, though. It's a little awkward to begin with, but, little by little, I'm understanding how to "talk" to MidJourney. Also looking at a few others with GUIs, but they want a lifetime payment upfront, even before you experiment. Kinda dumb. Invoke looks interesting, too.
