Found the solution to the no Theme Options button. I've installed the Advanced Twenty Seventeen theme and there it is 🙂

And why no replies to what seems to be a problem for a number of people?

I watched the one where you'd recommended CSS Hero, and boy oh boy, it's perfect! It does everything that I wanted, but didn't have a clue how to!

I've watched a bunch of yours, all of which are awesome, but I haven't found the right one. Can you please point me in the direction of where I could learn how to modify the back of either the row, or whole table, of the top menu in the Twenty Seventeen theme? Thank you!!
